The Coast Guard says a tank on a damaged barge near Vicksburg on the Mississippi River is still leaking oil. Crews are trying to pump all the oil from the damaged barge onto another vessel. According to the Coast Guard, 8400 gallons of oily water has been recovered since the operation began. River traffic is getting back to normal but is not at full speed. Northbound vessels are passing in the daytime and southbound vessels pass at night. A barge hit the railroad river bridge in Vicksburg on Sunday.
