WJTV – MRA alum Caleb Miskelly and Hillcrest alum Emmanuel Ezejiofo both took long roads to end up at Mississippi College.
Miskelly signed with Middle Tennesse State out of high school but transferred after summer classes to Delta State. His coach was fired after one season so he transferred to Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College. He left there and went to Missouri for school but didn’t play basketball. After a year in Missouri, he came back to Mississippi and enrolled at Mississippi College.
Ezejiofo played signed with Northeast Community College out of high school. After that he played football at Southern Miss for a season and then went to Hinds Community College for the same thing. He then quit playing sports all together and enrolled at Jackson State. After taking some classes at JSU, Ezejiofo wanted to play ball again so he joined the Choctaws as well.
