JACKSON, Miss. – One person is charged with the shooting death of a man killed at a local gas station last month. Now police need the public’s help finding another man wanted for questioning.

Police are searching for 31-year-old Jason Jones. Officers arrested Andra Willie Robinson and charged him with capital murder on Tuesday.

On Friday, April 10, officers went to the Fuel Time located at 4573 Bullard Street for a shooting. They found Antonio Stapleton dead on the scene. He was shot in the head, police said.

During the investigation, police learned that Stapleton went inside the business and when went back outside, he noticed a man trying to steal his car. 

The victim approached the suspect and chased him towards a black Chevy SUV. The driver of the SUV shot Stapleton. Detectives identified Robinson as the driver. He was arrested Tuesday on unrelated charges and then charged with capital murder in connection with this crime.

Jones is wanted for questioning.
