JACKSON, MS – Two inmates have escaped and are wanted.

According to MDOC, Quitman County CommunityWork Center inmates Caleb Lee Davenport, MDOC #152534, and Zachary Curtis Reed, MDOC #195495, escaped their work site shortly after 12:00 pm on June 1, 2015.

They have been described in an official release as “two white males were wearing MDOC state-issued green and white striped pants and a white MDOC shirt with “MDOC Convict” printed on the back.” Both men were last seen cutting grass at Coahoma County Community College.

Davenport, is 25 years old. He has green eyes, brown hair, and weighs 185 pounds. “He is serving a six-year sentence for three counts of burglary of a vehicle from Lauderdale County.” Reed, is 31 years old. he has brown eyes, brown hair, and weighs 190 pounds. He “is serving a 5-year sentence for one count of grand larceny from Jones County.”
