JACKSON, Miss, (WJTV) – Bond has been set for the woman arrested after being accused of driving drunk and causing a deadly I-55 accident over the weekend.
Yolanda McNeely is charged with two counts of aggravated DUI and leaving the scene of an accident, which is a felony. Her bond is set at $150,00 for each aggravated DUI charge and $25,000 for leaving the scene, totaling a $325,000 bond.
Robert Sims and Randall Sims were killed after their jeep flipped off the I-55 exit ramp on Woodrow Wilson. Their SUV was rear-ended by a car that McNeely is accused of driving. The accident happened around 2 p.m. on Saturday.
The victim are from Edwardsville, Illinois.
