Vicksburg Police Chief Walter Armstrong says a traffic stop led to the arrest of two Vicksburg men. Leland, Miss. police pulled over 33 year old Raphael McCloud and his 20 year old nephew Akeem McCloud for reckless driving around noon Sunday. The two were driving a Nissan Murano that was stolen from 69 year old Sharen Wilson. Police went to Wilson’s home on Drummond Street in Vicksburg and found it broken into and ransacked.
At around 7:30 Sunday night, a group of ghost hunters found Wilson’s body at the abandoned Kuhn Memorial Hospital. Akeem and Raphael McCloud face numerous charges. Raphael faces Capitol Murder. He has confessed to the crime.
