NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – Profits from the sale of “Nooga Strong” shirts designed and sold by a Nashville company will go toward the families of the fallen service members who died in the tragic Chattanooga shooting last week.
The tees made by the Nashville Shirt Co. feature the words Nooga Strong with the Tennessee three-star logo and the outline of a mountain.
The company says the shirts will be put into production next week. They’re currently listed for pre-orders at $25.
One-hundred percent of the profits will go to the families of the slain Marines and naval officer who were shot to death on July 16 when a lone gunman attacked two military facilities.
The Marines were identified as Thomas Sullivan, Skip Wells, David Wyatt, and Carson Holmquist, and the Navy sailor was identified as Randall Smith. He was injured in the shooting and died two days later.
