2 robbed at gunpoint on Harry S. Truman Drive; Police search for suspects

JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Police are looking for two men accused of robbing two people at gunpoint.

Police has issued an arrest warrant for 20-year-old Maurice Brown. They are also looking for Jonathan Cordell Brown in connection with the incident.

Officers went to the 6700 block of Harry S. Truman Drive on Thursday where two people were robbed. Police said the victims told them the suspects were armed with shotguns and took their money.

The suspects took off running and left the scene.

Brown will be charged with two counts of armed robbery of an individual, police said. The two men are known to be traveling in a dark color older model Ford Explorer, according to police.
