Five people sentenced to prison in drug conspiracy

GULFPORT, MS – Five people are headed to federal prison for their involvement in a drug conspiracy investigation.

According to U.S. Attorney Gregory K. Davis and DEA Special Agent in Charge Keith Brown, Tonya Winn, 50; Angel Case, 48, Thomas Bernard, 34, Delano Lewis, Kenneth Casey, 41, have all been sentenced.

An official release says “Winn was sentenced to 60 months in federal prison followed by three years of supervised release for attempted possession with intent to distribute marijuana. Case was sentenced to 151 months in federal prison followed by five years of supervised release for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine. Bernard was sentenced to 310 months in federal prison followed by five years of supervised release for attempted possession with intent to distribute cocaine.”

The release also says “Casey was sentenced to 480 months in federal prison followed by five years of supervised release for attempted possession with intent to distribute cocaine. Lewis was sentenced to 108 months in prison followed by three years of supervised released for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine.”
