(WJTV) – A Choctaw woman was sentenced to 18 months in prison for having abusive sexual contact with a minor.
27-year-old Jenna Tubby appeared before U.S. District Judge Daniel Jordan, III on Thursday.
After Tubby’s 18 months in prison, she will have to have five years of supervised release for having abusive sexual contact with a minor.
The crime occurred on the tribal lands of the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians.
This case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigations and the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians Police Department. It was prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Patrick Lemon.
