Jackson, MS (WJTV) – The City of Jackson needs your help coming up with a name for JATRAN.

The Name the Bus Contest is an effort to reintroduce public transit to the Jackson metro.

The City of Jackson’s Transit Services Division has come up with a list of options for the JATRAN rebrand. Here  they are:

  • Jackson Jazz
  • Jackson Area Express
  • Jackson Metro
  • Pearl RiverRunner
  • CityBus
  • CityLink
  • Beat
