RIDGELAND, Miss. (WJTV) — Ridgeland High School is losing its athletic director and head football coach.
Kenny Burton is retiring next year.
He’s worked with the Titans for more than a decade.
School officials said they have started looking for a new AD and head coach for the football team.
“It’s been my sincere pleasure to work in such a fine school district with dedicated administrators and faculty over the past fourteen years,” he said. “We have seen many changes and improvements in that time. This position has truly been a blessing to me.”
“We wish him all the best as he enters this new phase of life,” said Ridgeland High School Principal Eric Brooks.
