TERRY, Miss. (WJTV) — A trial date has been set for Terry Mayor Roderick Nicholson.
Nicholson’s trial is set to start on November 30.
Rankin County Circuit Judge John Emfinger gave Nicholson until 5 p.m. Tuesday to enter a plea.
Since a plea was not entered, the trial will move forward.
Nicholson was indicted on five counts of embezzlement.
He’s accused of using the city of Terry’s credit cards to pay for car repairs for his own vehicles.
