State of Emergency issued for Adams County due to expected flooding

ADAMS COUNTY, Miss. (WJTV) — The Adams County Board of Supervisors voted to declare a State of Emergency for their area because of expected flooding.

The State of Emergency was declared Monday.

The flood is expected to affect Ward 1 in Adams County.

Cones and Hesco barriers are being filled to place on roads.

Water can be seen rising from some streets in Natchez.
