Salvation Army feeds workers preparing for Vicksburg flooding

VICKSBURG, Miss. (WJTV) — The Salvation Army served lunch to about 50 workers who were out filling sandbags in Vicksburg.

The workers are preparing for floodwaters that are expected to hit the city soon.

The Salvation Army canteen feeding truck arrived at the Depot Museum on Levee Street around 11:30 a.m. and stayed until everyone on site was fed.
