Crews continue to cleanup gas spill on I-20

WARREN COUNTY, Miss. (WJTV) —  Crews are still working to clean up a gas spill on I-20 in Warren County after an 18-wheeler carrying fuel overturned Monday night on the interstate.

The accident shutdown the interstate for hours. Crews stopped working Tuesday evening and resumed the cleanup Wednesday morning.

Road workers are closing one lane on I-20 West.  All eastbound lanes will remain open.

Drivers are asked to give themselves extra time this morning when leaving.
