Trial date set for man accused of killing uncle in Warren County

WARREN COUNTY, Miss. (WJTV) — The Warren County man accused of killing his uncle will face trial in August.

35-year-old Jospeh Patton faces charges for murder.

In September, family members found 62-year-old Alfred Pete Patton at his mobile home with an ax through his neck.

In Patton’s frist court appearance,family members fainted as soon as he walked in the courtroom. Some of them had to be carried out.
