2 arrested for several Metro business robberies appear in court

JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) — Two men arrested in connection with several Metro business robberies appeared in court Monday.

A judge denied bond for Pierre Pryer. Bond was set at $75,000 for Ivan Eatmond.

Pryer was wanted for three counts of armed robbery of a business and one count of armed robbery of an individual. The charges stemmed from robberies that happened at Waffle House, Nail City and Beatty Street Grocery.

Police charged Eatmond with four counts of armed robbery of a business and two counts of armed robbery of an individual in connection with the robberies at those same businesses and at the Jackson Ice.
