JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) — A woman is arrested for credit card fraud, according to Attorney General Jim Hood.
Officials said 43-year-old Zalorie Denise Smith was arrested Tuesday.
She was indicted by a grand jury for one count of credit card fraud. Smith is accused of using a credit card from a 99-year-old woman to purchase more than $100 in goods or services.
If convicted, the defendant faces a maximum of three years in prison and a $1,000 fine.
