FLOWOOD, Miss. (WJTV) — Three people are arrested for allegedly having cloned credit cards, according to Flowood Police.
Police said three Cuban Nationals, 29-year-old Yeoslan Mendoza Maure, 33-year-old Erick Reyes Cortes, and 23-year-old Pedro Ramos Cainet were caught trying to use the cards Wednesday.
Flowood officers said they recovered 50 cloned cards. They all contained compromised credit card information on their magnetic strips.
We’re told that the three men are from Cuba and were here temporarily in the United States legally.
They are being held without bond and charged with possession of counterfeit bank notes and conspiracy to commit a felony.
If convicted each face imprisonment up to 30 years and fines up to $500,000.
