FBI looking for clues in murder investigation from 5 years ago

JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) — The Federal Bureau of Investigation is still looking for clues in a murder investigation from five years ago.

Donald Alway with the FBI’s Jackson Division said  Rong Chen, Mei Rong Li and Mei Jin Li were found stabbed to death in their D’Iberville, Mississippi home October 5, 2011.

Chen, his wife and sister-in-law were murdered and found by one of their children returning home from school. They left behind four children.

“After five years, this family is still seeking closure,” said Donald Alway, special agent in charge of the FBI in Mississippi. “Our agents are still actively working this case with our local and state law enforcement partners, and we will not stop until the killer in this case is brought to justice.”
