JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – A Jackson resident was found guilty of two counts of house burglary.
Frank illiams, 21, was tried in court for two burglaries that occurred in 2014 according to a press release by the Hinds County District Attorney’s Office.
The first house burglary happened on March 2014 on Winchester Street.
A witness says “he heard a loud noise and noticed the front door kicked in and the resident’s 55’ inch TV laying on the floor.”
The witness was able to describe Williams and his car to the Jackson Police Department.
JPD was able to link the information to Williams.
The second house burglary happened in May 2014, Kaywood Drive.
JPD saw the front door of the residence, kicked in. The item missing from this home was a 36’ inch TV.
A witness states that they saw a black male running through a backyard near the burglarized home.
JPD recovered TV, and other items taken from the home.
JPD later identified “Williams as the suspect due to type of crime, method of entry, and vehicle description.”
He will be sentenced on Monday, November 7, 2016.
