Authorities said this is the same person who was posing as a Veteran last month, telling people that his vehicle was towed and that he needed a ride to retrieve it. He later would say that he needs money to get his car out of impound because his wallet was left in his vehicle when it was towed.

Anyone with information on Wells’ whereabouts or if you believe that you have been a victim of a similar scam, contact the Clinton Police Department at (601) 924-5252.
