JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) — A Mize man has been arrested and charged for cyberstalking.
Daniel Kristian Harris, 41, of Mize, was arrested Monday, October 24, 2016 at his Smith County home according to a press release by the State of Mississippi’s Attorney General’s Office.
Harris is accused of “sending harassing electronic communications.”
Harris faces up to five years in prison and a $10,000 fine if convicted of cyberstalking.
Harris is currently in the Smith County Detention Center with no bond at this time.
