JPD investigates fuel station armed robbery

JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – The Jackson Police Department is investigating an armed robbery Tuesday night.

The incident happened at a fuel station along the 5700 block of Medgar Evers Boulevard according to Commander Tyree Jones with the Jackson Police Department.

The unidentified suspect is described as a black male with dreads and a handgun. His face was covered with a towel during the robbery.

The suspect fled the scene in a white, Toyota Camry.

No injuries were reported in this armed robbery.
