2 arrested, 1 wanted for McComb convenience store robbery

Kelvin Lovett is wanted by McComb Police.

MCCOMB, Miss. (WJTV) — Two people were arrested in connection with the BK Quick Stop robbery that happened earlier this month. Authorities are looking for the third person connected to the crime.

McComb Police said 21-year-old Zan Zekanaro Perkins and 18-year-old Man’zo Smith are in custody.

Officers are still looking for 19-year-old Kelvin Dashone Lovett.

Officers went to the BK Quick Stop on Presley Boulevard on November 6 after 7:30 p.m. after they received a call about the robbery. Police said three men wearing hoodies came into the store; one of them had a handgun. They demanded money from the clerk and left the store.

They went north on Witterman Street.

The suspects will face armed robbery and conspiracy to commit armed robbery charges.

Perkins and Smith and robbed the store. One of the men had a handgun.

If anyone has information on the whereabouts of Lovett call, police or Crime Stoppers. No further information at this time.
