Vice President-elect Mike Pence to spend Thanksgiving holiday in Mississippi

(WJTV) — The soon-to-be Vice President will spend the Thanksgiving holiday in the Magnolia state.

Gov. Phil Bryant posted on his Facebook page that he was happy that Vice President-elect Mike Pence would be in Mississippi this week to spend Thanksgiving with this son.

Pence’s son is a Marine who is stationed in Mississippi.

Gov. Bryant welcomed Pence and his family his Facebook post, and asked residents to respect their privacy while they are here for the holidays.
