JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) — Nissan is helping out the Mississippi Food Network.
The automaker is donating funds and providing volunteers to help with the BackPack Program.
The announcement was made Tuesday at the organization’s location on W. Beatty Street.
“Today is a special day for us,” said Steve Marsh,Vice President, Nissan Canton Vehicle Assembly Plant. “It’s another opportunity for us to reach out and help the people of Central Mississippi and partner with the Food Network, who does great work here.”
