JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) — Neighbors in one Jackson subdivision are left with no water days before the Thanksgiving holiday.
We’re told a water main broke over the weekend on Broadmoor Drive.
Crews were out Wednesday working to fix the leak. Neighbors said this isn’t the first time they had a water main break on their street, but this time, they say they were left with no water for three days.
“It really puts a damper on our plans,” Darrin Maxwell.”You need water to cook. You need water to bath.”
WJTV reached out to the city. They said the water should be turned back on for residents by the end of the day.
